Limited Warranty

patchnride, LLC warrants to the purchaser of the product, and, thus, original owner, patchnride products against any defects in materials and workmanship and will provide warranty services and/or replacements for periods of time (listed under the PERIOD section of the Warranty Information).

Original owners have the option to register their product with patchnride, LLC. If that option is not taken, then original proof of purchase (original invoice from a web sale) must be provided.

If an original invoice from the purchase cannot be provided to patchnride, LLC then the warranty shall commence from the shipping date from the patchnride, LLC premises.


Hereafter known as beginning from the date of purchase to the original owner.

1. patchnride device - one (1) year parts and labor
2. patchnride patch pods - ninety (90) days replacement at no cost.


This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear accrued as a direct result of product use and/or exposure to elements notwithstanding the intended performance of the product.

As aforementioned, proof of purchase is necessary for this limited warranty to be in effect. In the case of that the product does not perform its intended use, which includes any defects or faults, patchnride, LLC must be notified by email at
support@patchnride.com with the following information from the product:

· Model number of product
· Serial number of product.

This can also be accomplished by accessing and following instructions on our Return Policy page. Once patchnride, LLC receives this information from the original owner, and confirms that the stipulations of the warranty are met, patchnride, LLC will provide information on how to service the product or instructions on how to ship the product back to patchnride, LLC.

Original owners of the product shall then be required to mail the product to patchnride, LLC at their own expense using the carrier of their choice. If, in any event, the Warranty Period has expired or is not applicable, any cost of repairs for the product will be communicated with the original owner before repairs are made by patchnride, LLC.

patchnride, LLC reserves the right to replace any parts that cannot be repaired with new or refurbished parts. patchnride, LLC shall never be responsible for any miscellaneous or extraneous costs, charges, monies, expenses, losses or damages - either direct or indirect - that arise out of a defective product provided by patchnride, LLC.

If, for any case, the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period shall not receive an extension.


There are no other warranties that shall exist for any products of patchnride, LLC other than this warranty. No other liability shall arise for patchnride, LLC other than that promulgated under this warranty. This includes all repairs, replacements or adjustments provided by this warranty. This warranty remains as the exclusive remedy for the original owner of any patchnride, LLC product.

If the original owner incurs any loss of the product, patchnride, LLC shall not be responsible. As is with the case for any labor or costs due usage of the product(s) - or for any other expense not specifically stated above

There shall be no such event that the patchnride, LLC responsibility shall exceed the purchase price of the product, and, therefore, there shall be no rise of any claim from products provided by patchnride, LLC.

The warranty stated here is the only warranty that shall exist and there are no implied warranties. In the event that you reside in a state (within the United States) that do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, these exclusions and limitations may or may not apply to you.

Any and all warranties provided by patchnride, LLC are non-transferable.

Any transference of the warranty granted by patchnride, LLC shall result in an immediate voidance of the ownership of the product, and, thus, the warranty.

Return Policy

To expedite your return, please contact support@patchnride.com.

In the subject line of the email, please write "Return" and in the body of the message, please provide the following:

  1. Your full name as it appears on your order and billing statement
  2. Reason why you are returning the item you purchased
  3. Complete order number

Once we receive all of your information at support@patchnride.com, one of the patchnride, LLC customer support team members will email you a shipping address for your return. All returns must come in the original packaging (if available) and be intact (no damage caused by human hands) in order for you to receive a full refund.

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. patchnride, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We recommend that all of our customers insure their packages for the full order amount to ensure that there is coverage in case the package is lost or damaged in transit. Please use the carrier of your choice when shipping your returned item back to us. patchnride, LLC has no preference on what carrier you use to ship the item(s) to us.

Please note that all returns are subject to inspection by a patchnride, LLC customer support team member. If the item(s) are found to be harmed in any way not described by your email, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Once your item(s) is accepted as a return, you will be notified at the same email address you provided in your return email to us.
